Achieving Ultrasonic Atomization of Viscous Liquids like VG in E-Cigarettes

Ultrasonic atomized e-cigarette disperses the molecular bond force of liquid droplets by using ultrasonic high-frequency resonance of atomizer in order

Design of Electronic Cigarette System Based on Ultrasonic Atomization Technology

Ultrasonic atomized e-cigarettes use high-frequency ultrasonic resonance to break down the molecular bonds of liquid droplets, efficiently atomizing the e-liquid. We present a new e-cigarette system based on this ultrasonic atomization technology. First, we enhanced the circuit design of the device, followed by the development of a pure herbal e-liquid without PG/VG. Finally, we tested and compared the atomization performance with traditional e-cigarettes. The results show that ultrasonic technology is not only feasible but also more effective in atomizing e-liquids. It delivers a similar vaping experience while enhancing oral absorption of herbal extracts, with fewer harmful substances due to the absence of heating, making it a healthier alternative.

Traditionally, ultrasonic atomization is used for aqueous pure herbal e-liquids, which are atomized through spraying. However, aqueous liquids face storage challenges, often resulting in water solvent post-atomization, leading to poor absorption and a less saturated taste. To address the viscosity of oil solvent liquids like VG, the vape market has primarily relied on heating methods for atomization. Unfortunately, heating can generate harmful byproducts.

Despite ongoing efforts, the e-cigarette industry has struggled to implement ultrasonic atomization for more viscous substances like VG. Additionally, with the growing regulations and bans on e-cigarettes, especially concerning nicotine-based products, there’s an urgent need to innovate safer, non-heating methods of atomization.

In response, we’ve developed cutting-edge cylindrical atomizing core technology to achieve ultrasonic atomization of e-liquids without heating. This breakthrough allows for the creation of a healthier e-cigarette experience, enabling active atomization for smooth and satisfying oral inhalation. By eliminating the need for PG, VG, or nicotine, this advancement represents the future of safe and efficient e-cigarettes.
